Dr. Anand Swaroop, Ph.D.
Dr. Swaroop is the sitting president at Cepham, Inc., a position he has held since 2005. Prior to coming to Cepham, Dr. Swaroop was Executive Director at Yag Mag, Inc., an Indian pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturer.
In addition to his background in leadership, Dr. Swaroop has nearly twenty years experience in the natural products, food, organic chemicals, and active pharmaceutical ingredient industries. Dr. Swaroop has in-depth understanding of research protocols, supply chain management, business development, marketing research, strategic planning, product development, biotechnologies, life sciences, and quality assurance.
Dr. Swaroop received his M.S. in biochemistry from the University of Allahabad in India prior to earning his Ph.D. in chemistry from the same institution in 1989. In 2015, he became a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition (FACN).
Kelly Jordan
Kelly Jordan has more than fifteen years of experience in the nutraceutical industry. He has been with Cepham, Inc. as their Vice President of Sales for more than ten years. In that time, Cepham has grown fifteen-fold under his direction and care. Jordan manages all daily operations and prides himself on being hands-on with the factory. He is heavily involved with new product development and trademark materials.
While it is his personal drive to develop products that will solidify Cepham as a leader in the nutraceutical market, his main focus remains with the customer. “It is my belief that customers should have their answer quickly,” said Jordan. “I believe my team should give top customer service to our clients.”
At present, Jordan continues to oversee all Cepham sales in the U.S., Canada, Japan, Mexico, and South America.
